Learning the bass guitar

The foundations of guitar and bass are extremely similiar, however, the bass differs on a number of levels and varies depending on the styles and techniques you wish to pursue.

I teach numerous specialist styles and techniques, including: slap bass, walking jazz bass, fingerpicking, fingerstyle funk, and harmonics. Lessons also include the theory and philosophy of how to approach the bass in different group contexts.
